This policy explains what Welsh Jaguar collects through the 2027 calendar submission form and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number, email, and mailing address.
• Vehicle details and story: the year, model, trim, color, and the story you share.
• Photos: the original image files you upload, including any metadata they contain (such as camera model or date taken).
• Technical data: your IP address and the time of submission, used to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To review entries and choose vehicles for the calendar.
• To contact you about your entry.
• To print the calendar and promote it, using only your photos, first name, city/state, and vehicle details, as described in our terms.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share your contact details with anyone outside our team and the printer producing the calendar.

While you fill in the form

So nothing is lost if the page reloads, what you enter (including your photos) is saved in your own browser on your device until you submit. It’s deleted when your entry is sent, when you choose Start over, or after 14 days.

To make sending quick and reliable, each photo is uploaded to our server as soon as you add it. Photos that never become part of a submitted entry — because you removed them or didn’t submit — are deleted automatically within 48 hours.

How we protect it

Submissions are stored on our own servers. Photos and personal details are only accessible to signed-in members of our team. Connections to this site are encrypted.

How long we keep it

We keep entries until the 2027 calendar project is complete, and delete entries that weren’t selected within a reasonable time afterwards. Selected entries are kept as a record of the permissions you granted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your entry at any time by emailing [email protected] with your reference number.
