Calendar Submission Terms

These terms apply to photos and information you submit for the Welsh Jaguar 2027 wall calendar (the “Calendar”). By submitting an entry you agree to them.

1. Who can enter

Entries are open to customers and friends of Welsh Jaguar who are 18 or older. Entries must be received by November 1, 2026. You may submit more than one vehicle, but please send each vehicle as a separate entry.

2. Your photos

You confirm that you own the vehicle shown and either took the photos yourself or have permission from the photographer to submit them and to grant the rights below. We may crop, retouch, or blur details such as license plates for layout and privacy.

3. Permission to use

You grant Welsh Jaguar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, crop, color-correct, and publish your photos, your first name, your city and state, and your vehicle details and story (which we may edit for length and clarity) in the printed Calendar and in related promotion — for example on our website, social media, email newsletters, in-store displays, and advertising for the Calendar. You keep the copyright to your photos.

4. Selection

Our team chooses the vehicles featured in the Calendar at our sole discretion. Submitting an entry does not guarantee selection, and we can’t respond individually to every entry. If your vehicle is selected we will contact you using the details you provided.

5. No payment

Entry is free. No payment or compensation is provided for entries or for use of selected photos, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Withdrawing an entry

You can ask us to withdraw your entry at any time before the Calendar goes to print by emailing [email protected] with your reference number. Once the Calendar is printed we can’t recall printed copies, but we will stop using your photos in new promotion on request.

7. Your information

We handle your contact details as described in our privacy policy. We only ever publish your first name and city/state — never your full name, address, phone, or email.
